Hi Ann,

I am a museum and heritage worker based in Cairns. I now work for a private company called Converge Heritage + Community. I used to work at DERM for the Heritage Branch and did some work in Cardwell looking at the JC Hubinger Hall. I was concerned about the state of the Post and Telegraph Museum and interested to read about Ewan McPhee's work with that group.

I also do some work with Deakin Uni Museum Studies and have an interest in disaster preparedness work for moveable and built heritage, particularly in tropical environments. I must say i have found your posts really useful and informative - thank you :-)
